Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We work hard to ensure your orders are sent out quickly. Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order, with tracking information sent via email.
All one-time orders over $40 ship free!
Returns
Customer service is our priority. We proudly stand behind all of our products and if your product arrives damaged we will work to replace it or refund your order.
Customers have 30 days after delivery to contact our team and request a replacement or refund. If you’re not happy with your order, please send an email to: woof@metropaws.com. Please note that our hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM MDT - 5 PM MDT.
Your refund amount will be the price you paid for the product, minus return shipping costs and a restocking fee. Refunds will be submitted after our team receives item(s) in the original form of payment and can take up to 10 business days to process (please keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may have their own processing time on top of this).
In order to return an item, you must have proof of purchase and returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging (unless item was damaged on arrival).
For items purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
If your pet has damaged our Tennis Balls, Mini Tennis Balls, or XL 4” Squeaker Tennis Balls during play, this would not be considered damaged upon arrival or a product defect.
If your return request does not meet our requirements (example: outside of our 30-day window) it is at our team’s discretion how to proceed.
