Thank you Aunt Nina and the 72st Street Dog Run Board for finally bringing out the doggy pool. All you other doggies and doggy parents should know that when its hot and your dog needs a pool you can come to the 72 st dog run and cool off until you are ready to go home.
I love to play with a ball and dig, dig, dig, and dig some more, but don’t worry I am good at sharing both my ball and the pool, so come on down yall, the waters’ perfect.
Tomorrow is my mommy’s bday and as a doggy I don’t know what to give her. On my birthday I usually get a hamburger with my other doggy friends.
Right now Im thinking of just letting her sleep in a little before I bother her and daddy for my Earthborn breakfast… I love my mom so much and know I’m a good dog because she was a mean mommy the first year of my life…We are so happy together & now we have this new company…. Happy Bday mommy!
My parents and I had so much fun at the 1st ever Adoptapalooza event at Washington Square Park! We donated a couple of cases of our Poopy Packs ™ poop bags for a suggested donation of $5 each.
We ended up raising $796 for Animal Care & Control of New York with the help of our dear friend Pat and of course my cute self…
Today my parents took a tour of the ACC grounds with multi-hat wearing Elisabeth Manwiller, and yes my parents brought their checkbook and made a nice donation to the needy facility. My parents came home all excited to see me and reminded me that there are many dogs and cats out there that still need homes!
These other doggy cousins are still looking for a home, please contact Animal Care & Control if you have the time & space to help out!
My parents and I spent 5 hours yesterday at Washington Square Park trying to help find caring homes for my not so fortunate doggy cousins and friends out there. We raised money for New York Animal Care & Control & met so many new people and doggies that I am exhausted…whew! But oh what fun, let me tell you…
There were cute puppies, big doggies, lil doggies, medium sized doggies, older doggies, children and grown ups of all sizes and shapes looking to adopt their new furry best friends, and donate their time for the needy dogs.
We even met Maggie, a really big dog at the Maggie’s Fund, who goes place to place to talk to people to help prevent NYC dogs from getting euthenized. Can you imagine a dog that actually walks on two feet and can talk!?! Well at least I heard he could talk…but I bet he can’t read, type, and respond to emails like me…woof!
I learned so much from Adoptapalooza, and met so many great people, that my parents and I haven’t stopped talking about how MetroPaws can help the animals and help the poorly funded Animal Care & Control even more going forward.
Many thanks to my human friends, Uncle Dave, Aunt Pat, Aunt Leslie and even my Human friend the Master Trainer Tony, and my other doggy friends Keyser, Billie, Rufus, Lorenzo, and the many others for coming down to support this really fun event.
My parents and I will be at Washington Square Park this coming Saturday for the 1st ever Adoptapalooza. We are joining the Mayors Alliance for NYC’s Animals, The Maggie’s Fund, Green Dog, The Dog Wash, and Radar Entertainment to help find new homes for dogs in desperate need of one. So, PLEASE come on down to Washington Square Park, under the arch to meet fellow dog owners, adopt a dog, and win fun prizes.
MetroPaws will be an official sponsor, and we will be donating free packages of poop bags for every person that gives a minimal $5 donation to the organizations helping out!
No money? Well no worries…just adopt a dog and we’ll give you free bags anyway!
We try to be great dog owners, and want to promote responsible dog ownership anywhere we can. Especially because my mommy is a member of the board at the Washington Square Park dog run, and this is my home turf.
PLEASE Come on down anytime between 11am-4pm.. The weather is supposed to be great. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL!!!!!

Mommy and Daddy recently came back from the Global Pet Expo, it’s the country’s largest pet industry event for retailers. They came across a lot of fun products, some bad ones, and a lot of doggy treats! But, since I’m the inspiration for this company, I get to try everything out before my parents decide to invest in it or sell it.
One of their new products is this new organic leash made out of bamboo! Woooo I love bamboo! My mommy loves bamboo too and white, and yes I’m white-ish, so she got me this fun new leash to math my beautiful coat…Check me out!
AND, now everywhere we go, I get compliments on my new leash! It’s so handsome, like me
so soft, like me
and so fun, like me
! And well, it’s just a really cool leash that is environmentally friendly too because it’s made from nature and can be recycled! I love nature. SO…peeps…more to come on this leash and my parents new relationship with the manufacturer! Au Revior!
There is just something about a little fluffy white dogs that I can’t resist kissing!
I always “B-Line” right to fluffy little dogs when I’m walking down the street with my parents! They are so small, white, and cute and I just wish I had some as my play date friends on a regular basis!
At first the little doggies’ parents are usually a little scared when a big dog like myself approaches their little doggy, but after a little sniffing and licking, and realizing how gentle of a giant I am, everyone seems happy. I really don’t know why I love little fluffy white dogs so much, but I’m glad there a lot around to keep me smiling! Rrrrrrrrrrrruuuuffffffffff!
Like other dogs out there, I LOVE those Air Kong ™ squeaky tennis balls. I won’t play with any other ball at the dog run or at home if it isn’t a Air Kong with a squeaker. But, my parents have gotten a little concerned ’cause when we take out our Air Kong at the dog park, some other dogs can get really aggressive and won’t give up my squeaky ball. All I wanna do is play with it guys!
I’m pretty laid back, and I won’t ever fight or even compete for my ball (i’m a lover not a fighter). I’ll just follow the dog around that takes my ball until he drops it…Sometimes other doggy parents blame my parents for bringing the balls to the park in the first place and say they are creating the problem…I really wonder though who is to blame? Is it my parents? Or is it the other dogs? Or me? Or no one?
My parents and I feel bad for stirring up drama in the dog park, but on the other hand shouldn’t we all be able to play nice together and share… I have no problem sharing with everyone and hope others can too one day.
Thanks to my dad’s “in” I was been spoiled with Biscuits & Bath daycare almost every week last summer from Tues-Friday. There are many rumors out there about Biscuits & Bath, but below is the straight deal from a dog who was there all summer, so all you dogs and their parents know what to expect.
In the beginning I spent most of my days at the Biscuits & Bath Riverside location at 68st and Riverside. This location is at Trump towers and had only 30 or so dogs and was never crowded or too loud. Riverside had a great personalized environment and chill vibe I likes. I got an hour park run everyday from one of new friends with the attention and caring one would expect from such a high class place. Management made sure all my needs were met. I even got one of the best bath’s I ever had here one day. The grooming and bathing here is about as best as you can get in NYC… The ladies like it too…
Yet I was transferred to the Greenwich Village Biscuits & Bath location on 13st between 5th and 6th avenues some days. This place was different. The 13st Biscuits & Bath location is more crowded, loud, and kind of disorganized compared to the Riverside location. Granted the more dogs at Biscuits & Bath, the more friends I can meet and hang with…
The manager at Greenwich Village Biscuits & Bath sometimes forget my daily walks. Either way, Biscuits & Bath is a large, clean, fun place but if I had to choose one location to go to, I would suggest others ones than the 13st one.
